We feel it is important for Shelters and other Rescue organizations ot have as much information about our organization as possible and easily available.
To serve this goal we have placed here the information we feel will be helpful.

The basics: Shelters want to know where their dogs are going. These are the important basics about the HoundSong Organization.

1. We are a 501(c)3 organization.
2. We have been rescuing Beagles and Coonhounds for 16 years ( as of 2011)
3. We provide all necessary vet care to our animals
4. All dogs are fostered in private homes.
5. We require our foster homes to follow local municipal codes on the number of allowable animals or to 6 individual animals (including their own animals)
6. We provide continued care and support to our adopted dogs for the lifetime of the dog

If you feel it is necessary to visit ourselves, our foster homes, or any combination there of before sending us an animal in your care, please contact us and we will willingly schedule a time for you to make a visit.
